We Might Make Zero By Noon

Right now we are still at -1.  The lowest I saw was -9 F about 6:00 am.

I'll be able to go out in my shorts tomorrow.  It will be 35.  The nice thing about below-zero temperatures is that they make you appreciate above-zero temperature.

    Yow! That'll damage your figs. The cold came through central Virginia about 3 hours ago, +14 and dropping.

    Never fails to amaze me how warm 40 can feel after a spell of this weather.

    Especially if your figs are exposed.
