The Selective Service has one job.
If you or I are stopped by the cops and can't tell them what year it is, we might be considered under the influence or worse. Yet we allow a government that does not know what century it is to control nearly every aspect of our lives.
Proof surely, that regardless of how many Government proof-readers you employ, more are always needed?
